As an ICATT Apprenticeship Program manager, Geneva develops the MAT2 Examinations and ensures that they are comprehensive and repeatable. She supports MAT2 Network Companies in Wisconsin as well as consulting clients nationwide to develop an effective company training plan. Additionally, she coordinates with MAT2 Network Colleges to ensure that their curriculum aligns with the skills taught during the MAT2 Apprenticeship. She joined the team in 2016, and brings multiple years of experience in industry education. Prior to joining the MAT2 Apprenticeship Program team, Geneva served as the Program Coordinator for the GPS Education Partners where she coordinated youth apprenticeship programs. In addition to her experience, Geneva has a Master’s Degree in German Translation from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
