Our popular Train the Trainer courses are available for anyone, anywhere. The course is designed to help trainers plan and conduct training more effectively, providing both theoretical and practical tools to anyone who regularly trains others. This winter, choose between January/February or February/March course dates.

The virtual Train the Trainer course allows participation from home or work and includes a combination of live instructor-led training modules on Mondays and Thursdays from 3-5pm EST (2-4pm EST) and self-guided training modules to be completed between each live class.

Participants will learn much of the theoretical content through self-guided training outside of class – including videos, quizzes, and written assignments – and then come to the live instructor-led class to review, apply, and dive deeper into some of those concepts.

To be able to sit for the exam, participants will need to complete 80% of the self-guided training assignments and participate in at least 80% of the instructor-led trainings.
